Welcome to ProCall AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including participation in the 28-Day Challenge program, the Prepaid Plans, special promotional offers such as the Win Your Money Back Promotion, and enrollment in our SMS Program. By signing up, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The ProCall AI 28-Day Challenge is designed to help service businesses capture more revenue by answering every call, blocking spam, and providing reporting on missed jobs.
$499 for the 28-Day Challenge (risk-free month)
If, during the 28-Day Challenge, ProCall AI fails to answer even one legitimate customer call (excluding spam, wrong numbers, or robocalls), you will receive the following month of service at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to the initial 28-Day Challenge period and cannot be combined with any other offers or extended to prepaid plans.
All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the Guarantee above. By enrolling, you acknowledge that the setup, call handling, and reporting services are provided immediately and that no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including early termination or failure to use the service.
Enrollment is limited to 20 businesses per round.
You must forward your business number to ProCall AI as instructed.
You are responsible for ensuring your systems (phones, internet, etc.) are functional.
You must provide accurate and complete information when enrolling.
ProCall AI offers prepaid plans such as the 3-Month Prepaid Option for businesses seeking extended coverage at discounted pricing.
$1,299 for 3 months of service (prepaid; saves $200 versus month-to-month pricing).
Prepaid plans do not include the 28-Day Challenge guarantee. The guarantee applies only to the initial 28-Day Challenge period.
All prepaid plan payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated returns will be issued for unused time or early termination.
The Win Your Money Back (WYMB) Setup Fee Credit Program allows new ProCall AI customers to earn back 100% of their setup fee by completing specific evangelism actions during their first 30 days. This program is designed to reward active participation and successful onboarding.
Setup fees are refundable only as credits (never cash refunds).
Customers must complete all requirements within 30 days of onboarding.
Credits are applied either immediately to annual invoices or evenly across 12 monthly invoices, depending on the customer’s plan.
Testimonial → Provide a short testimonial (video or written) within the first 30 days.
Review → Leave a review on Google or Trustpilot.
Referral → Introduce at least one potential customer (intro only; conversion not required).
Onboarding Completion → Provide call scripts, FAQ information, and calendar access within 14 days.
Annual Clients: Setup fee credited immediately as a line-item on the first invoice once requirements are met.
Monthly Clients: Setup fee credited evenly across 12 months, beginning the month after requirements are met.
Payments are due at the time of enrollment.
We accept major credit and debit cards and may accept other electronic payment methods as made available.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with the chosen program.
Certain plans may renew automatically at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel prior to renewal. If auto-renewal applies, the terms will be clearly displayed at checkout.
If payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services until payment is received.
You are responsible for any costs incurred in connection with collecting unpaid amounts, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase, unless we are required to collect taxes by law.
The ProCall AI SMS Program provides service-related notifications, appointment reminders, alerts, and promotional messages (if opted in).
You can cancel SMS services at any time. Text STOP to (737) 303-4007. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
To rejoin, sign up again through our website or by texting START to (737) 303-4007. We will resume sending messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

ProCall AI complies with CTIA and TCPA standards for SMS and mobile communications.
By enrolling, you affirm that you are authorized to use the phone number provided and agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
All content, branding, and technology used in the ProCall AI services are owned by ProCall AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
ProCall AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Except as expressly stated in the 28-Day Challenge guarantee, ProCall AI services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Texas.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Each party must bring claims in their individual capacity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
